Hydrangea bud

Thought I would think positive today and dredge out a tiny bit of hope in this wintry weather. So I diligently went round the garden looking for signs of new growth. Here is one of our hydrangea bushes putting out new buds. This particular bush does not flower much but its leaves are a lovely dark magenta/vibrant green colour this winter, which I’ve helped along with a bit of vibrancy in Lightroom.
