Bucket List World Tour 2014

I'm making it official today! Getting ready to submit my request for Leave of Absence. For years, I've been wanting to go on a trip around the world. And I'm finally pulling the trigger with one of my best travel buddies. While I wish that I were doing this with a significant other, I'm grateful that I even have the opportunity to make this happen. I've been saving up money and miles, as well as paying down debt to minimize my financial burden while I'm unemployed for a few months.

The tour begins with a cross-country road trip from the East Coast down to my birthplace to the Grand Canyon and then up the West Coast to Seattle, where we board the Norwegian Pearl for an Alaskan Cruise. We then flip from glacial icebergs to tropical surf on the Tahitian beaches of French Polynesia. And that's just the beginning.
