Gotham City?

Nope it's the Freemasons' Hall would you believe.
I didn't even know it was there until I passed it during the early hours of Sunday morning all lit up and mysterious like something out of a Batman movie!
And not a rolled up trouser leg or funny handshake in sight :-)
