I went down to the Port of Brisbane this morning with the specific purpose of taking some pics of this structure. It is a refueling station for trains but I didn't know that until a big locomotive cruised in and was connected up. That was when I realised that the oil refinery was right behind me. A railway worker came over to see what I was up to and told me to stay off the property. Understandable. I like what I got and I think I could spend some more time down at the Port, dodging semi's and taking photos. Well, so ends my week of architecture. One thing I have learned is the getting things square and symmetrical is nigh on impossible.
Any blip mission challenges for next week?

Today has been another busy day. All the reps chasing proofs to get approvals for the weekend press run. All that stood between them and their proofs was me. I used that power wisely. Then there was the press check for a big client which everyone had forgotten about. I had to sort out plates and alterations. The list goes on. Still, I love the pressure and I love my job. Too many 12 hour days wears a bit thin after a while but there is a new person starting soon. I might take a holiday after that.
