The Rusty Bike

Well today is out shortest day of the year. I am looking forward to the sun coming south again.
I went to photograph a footbridge for my architecture series but to my annoyance the tide was out. Adding to that there was lots of trash in the creek bed. As usual I was pushed for time so I shot this rusty old bike in the creek bed. It kind of grew on me.
1/400th sec, f8, 1600ISO, 85mm prime lens, Canon 350D

Today is turning into a long one again. My shift was up an hour and a half ago and I will be here for a few hours more. I have been preparing tide guides for print. Thank goodness I don't have to set the files up. That would drive me nuts! I just check them, proof them and plate them. There are just a lot of them.
