Bizarre Clearance Item Of The Week

Very strange, the local Tesco to Mum and Dad's today had in several copies of the souvenir programme for the 2008 Proms at £2 each. I'm not even sure that that branch of Tesco was open in 2008.

Today's my second day of laughing in a puerile fashion at someone's name. Yesterday was Andreas the German skier whose surname is pronounced "Vank". No, I'm not writing it here! Today is on University Challenge - one of the contestants has the surname "Vivian-Neal" - I wonder where Mike and Rik from Scumbag College are too...

Today involved a drive to Glasgow, then down to Durham via Metro Centre. I think shopping with J and my mother is one of the most stressful activities possible!
