Fifi again

As usual, a productive day was followed by something of a go-slow - playing with the cat, a bit of desultory work, but rather deflated by the doctor's veto on high-impact exercise, so didn't accompany HH to the gym (our class is hardly high-impact, but still).

Dinner with some of our oldest friends in the evening, it was so nice to catch up. Their children and grandchildren are special favourites (daughter is our older daughter's godmother) and their younger son came by to leave his motorbike shortly before midnight. He's a lighting specialist and we dropped him off one our way home to meet up with a technical team that was off to back up a big Brazilian popular music star.
