Farm land
Two very old farms here. The Bu is on the left and Gyre is upper right. Both have sheep and kye.
Today I will be cooking a bean, mushroom and puy lentil pie with a parsnip / tattie and sweet tattie top.
Pie will include: red wine, tomatoe puree, Worcester sauce, soy sauce, castor sugar and rosemary and sage (still avaialable from the tunnel).
Not sure what to serve this with. I am awaiting instructions.
