Faded References

Full day of clinic today. Indeed I have been reading the pertinent UptoDate articles before going in to see every patient. I started in the morning and read every break that I got. It was overwhelming on Monday, but today it felt like I was actually keeping up. Clinic was very busy in the afternoon, but the morning provided some break time.

I thought these older reference books on the subjects of obstetrics especially maternal fetal medicine looked neat sitting forgotten in the corner of the residents work room.
