I am tired!

Right! That's it!

After all the excitement yesterday, I'm sure you won't be surprised to hear I was doing a good impression of a McDonalds zombie all day.

I got up in a panic thinking I was late for work convinced it was Monday as I usually fly back on a Sunday.

I had a very lazy morning only catching this little sweetie - looks good large! - peering through my kitchen window before going to the Dog and Doublet to meet John and Jennie for dinner at 3pm. I told them all about my wild adventures travelling back from Glasgow and John asked me the ultimate question 'Was there another train you could have caught to catch your flight?'

I felt so stupid when I answered that yes, I could have got another train but that would have meant I was only at the airport an hour before the plane took off instead of an hour and a half. I just hate being late!

Oh well.... I have not seen the rat since I got back. Hopefully he has moved out or maybe he is dead? He might start rotting under the shed and stinking horribly! Urrrgghhh!

By the way, I am not going to say anything vaguely amusing until IanO is fully recovered from his recent operation. I really don't want him to burst his stitches. I imagine it would make a terrible mess on the floor and Geordiepam would have to get the mop out.

I'm off to bed.
