Where's Noah?

The over-full River Severn at Bewdley. The bridge was (is) closed to traffic and the flood defences are in position. Quite a few Sunday moochers are checking out the scene, with many cameras/smartphones in evidence. Wonder if any of them are 'Blippers'?
