Chill snap

Today we all went to Stockbridge. This was taken at the top of Stockbridge Down. We weren't there for long. The wind was asset freezing and by the time we reached the car my cheekbones felt like 2 pork chops that had done time in a butchers' chill-room. After which, we looked in the shops along the main street, bought a teapot, and had a hot drink in a truly gorgeous little deli.

I wanted to put this in colour to show the threatening sky, which got quite black by the time we left. All the poor peeps and businesses had sandbags against their doors, though the Test doesn't seem to have overflowed as badly as the Itchen - yet!
