Lemon and poppy seed

Due to my travels this week's cake (number 10) was a bit late but worth waiting for - a nice combination of lemon and crunchy poppy seeds. I probably added a bit too much lemon zest. I wasn't sure what a 'medium' lemon was so used two that I (unfairly as it turned out) categorised as 'small'.
