To me---to you

Last Birmingham xc fixture of the season at Walsall Arboretum this afternoon and we were still putting the club tent up 20 minutes before the race actually started...I say we, I was obviously just supervising taking pictures and staying out of the way. It did get finished before the race, and the rain.

It was a tough old race -I think it's traditional to say it was the toughest ever, but this was the toughest ever- very wet, very muddy, and so windy there were a couple of points when I thought I might get blown backwards.

The new spikes -from yesterday- worked great...and are no longer clean.
