Shoots

We were to go hillwalking today but Mr Rat's knee is still playing up a bit so he decided it wasn't a good idea. Instead he did the back-up timing at parkrun and, despite being stiff from sitting yesterday, I ran. I found it really hard work, but did manage the same time as last week and it didn't rain.
Back home I did a bit of tidying in the garden (mainly clearing the remains of branches) and we went for a walk along the beach this afternoon, which was enough for his knee.
Whilst in the garden I was pleased to see the tulips I'd saved from last year coming up again.
