Standing guard.

In our area we are blessed to have quite a variety of native birds sometimes so noisy that they can become a nuisance, however the introduced "Indian Myna" has become a pest often bombarding and attacking others.

My neighbour has set up this "owl statue" to act as a deterrent against these marauding intruders. I'm not sure if it works but anything is worth a try.
