The lull ...

... before the next storm*

I took advantage of a dry morning and nipped over to Stourhead for a walk around the lake. I could have shown you the lake. I could have shown you the many snowdrops and primroses. I could have shown you watery reflections. But the patterns on the columns on the Temple of Flora caught my eye, so here they are. The angle isn't very good but I was trying to hide the grey clouds that were starting to cover the sky.

There was one bright spot in the day though: the MP for Bridgwater and West Somerset called the head of the Environment Agency a "coward" and "a little git"! No sitting on the fence for Ian Liddell-Grainger :-)

*It's already raining. Hard. Again. Sigh.
