Above the mists

The first sunrise with clear skies after many days of rain has given me this surreal landscape. The humid and heavy air fills the valley floor and leaves a clear view over the top. The house emerges from the sea of mist for a brief moment.
Until a few moments ago, for the people in the house the outside world was invisible, gray and cold.
