Florence

Today’s picture is of Florence sitting in one of our apple trees.

Despite the cold weather this morning both cats went outside. Florence proceeded to show off her tree climbing skills and climbed quite high into one of our trees, which is similar to a Rowan; she had some difficulty turning round in order to climb down. Then she raced across the garden and straight up into this apple tree. Dougal, who knows his limitations, wisely stayed on the ground, but went to the bottom of another apple tree in order to sharpen his claws.

An early blip and an early lunch today as the GOG has an Addenbrookes appointment this afternoon. So far today it is not raining, but it is very cold and windy; the sky is dull and overcast and it looks as though it will rain again very soon.
