Woke up in the middle of the night because of the pain. Took a pill and slept veery well..
Led a course at work in the afternoon. I always get very engaged in teaching and forgot my appointment with I. Got there half an hour late with a big Sorry. She is a former collegue and as we havnt seen each other for a while a lot of work talk. Told her about my aching knees and she pushed me to do the surgery now. She is right. Thank you dear I!
