Aware

These bracelets arrived today cfAware - raising awareness if cystic fibrosis.

My niece and her husband's daughter was born with cystic fibrosis in May last year.
She is such a little poppet, a really happy little girl struggling with life living with this condition. My niece and husband provide the many times daily physio, at each meal feed her medication and manage her complex 'fat' monitoring food intake.
