Ready? ........go

Morning walks with the dogs are more pleasurable nowadays with the lighter mornings (I know 7am isn't early for every one).

As you can see Lili is much better (pictured on the left) - they both enjoy chasing a tennis ball and this photo is taken whilst waiting for him-indoors to load the ball chucker.

Lazy day - apart from the 40 mins appointment at the dentist midday for a filing - mum was her usual self on my morning visit and whilst nursing a numb lip and trying to have a coffee this afternoon my aunt from Canada telephoned (for some advice about a relative in the uk), which was a nice surprise. To top the day off, lost 1 pound at Weight Watchers tonight.

Back to work tomorrow.............
