A Temporary, Well Timed, Lull In The Storm

A change in duties at work, means that although I may not have to start quite so early in the mornings, I'll probably be making my journey to work on foot for a while ...
Today began reasonably uneventfully ... The weather, as seen here just prior to sunrise, was cold and a little blustery, but quite pleasant nonetheless.
Luckily, however, my trek seemed to coincide with a lull in the storm ... Not long after I took this picture, as the tide rose, so did the wind.
The only thing that seemed to drop, was the rain and hail ... :o)
