A Winter Break In Herm ??

To be fair, Herm is a beautiful island whatever time of year you choose to visit it ... but all I did was take around short stroll around Bordeaux Harbour on the North East coast of Guernsey to take this shot (of Herm Island)... and to say my hands got a bit cold is the understatement of the century ... The temperature today was well above freezing, but a stiff north-easterly wind made it feel bitter ...

Even so, I'm glad I made the effort ... It was certainly exhilarating ... (and the clouds looked quite impressive too) ... :o)
