For thought....
Our photography course task for the week is to do some portrait pictures. So I set up my "studio" with lights and back curtain, collared Sam, tried to take something using a manual setting ....and.....everything that came out was utter utter rubbish.

I've been looking at on line tutorials and videos and a book that my sister bought me about portraits for Christmas and am feeling thoroughly despondent...

I need a one to one person to show me how MY camera works - Panasonic DMC-GX1 - any offers?
