Revalidation

Long time overdue but I've finally submitted my CILIP Chartership Revalidation for 2013 (I'm planning to do it each calendar year).

Didn't take long at all, though I had drafted the statement when I was on secondment to the Future Skills Project (I used myself as a guinea pig to check 250 words was feasible) so that certainly helped!

I didn't include all my CPD activities - to save time as this was retrospective I just added the key ones that I had referred to in my statement (hopefully that will help ensure it makes sense). Even so, my total was over 50hrs so the 20hr threshold is certainly achievable. From now on I'll be updating it each month - January's is in there already.
