Painkillers

Last week I had a slighly sore neck. It got worse at the weekend, spreading down
my back as I over-used other muscles to compensate. I hardly slept last night, so today I went to the Minor Injuries unit at the Western General. It was a brilliant service - I was seen within about 5 minutes by a very competent nurse who checked me out and prescribed Co-codamol and Diclofenac. It's still sore, but manageable now. Hopefully I will sleep better tonight!
