All You Need is Love

I imagine this may strike fear into some people's hearts. That day is rolling around again. It comes with expectations. Expectations can be so...unhelpful.

When I was little, my father would give my mum a big box of chocolates and would give me a little box of chocolates. As a pre-schooler, I developed the idea that St Valentine's Day was about love in general rather than romantic love per se.

How about we revolutionise the whole thing, make it into a day of loving kindness for all sentient creatures!
