A good day all round...

I had a very early breakfast meeting with forty of my business parters so after waking at 4.30am I was making ham and cheese croissants for 45 people at 6.30am and then delivering a two hour meeting. Great to have my Deputy there to share the presenting workload. This little guy joined us and was totally cool...I saw him at BETT and want to buy a couple so Paul and Lee from Rapid brought him with them. I took some great video footage, he is adorable!

Then Andrew and I nipped for coffee to catch up on the week ahead and afterwards I went to BBC Radio Lincolnshire for a one-hour broadcast on the 'Lunch Bunch' with Nicola Gilroy. Lots of fun and laughter, a really lovely broadcast. You can listen again here , we started the show and I'm the one with the dulcet tones giggling a lot!!

Then I drove to Waitrose to abuse their free coffee and WiFi so I could get some work done. Headed off at 5 for a massage, hit the gym and came home to walk the hounds and eat. Now, half eight and I'm back to the workload. All good. Good good.
