The grasscutter

Another fabulous day today, filled with sunshine, lacking any wind. So today I set out an a walk on a nature path in a town nearby. I only walked for 1,5 hour, but it felt much longer. That was not only because I had such a good time taking in the views and snapping away with my camera, it was also because it was a struggle at times to follow the path. It was terribly muddy. Whenever I walk I continuously look to my left and to my right, but on this walk I had to look downwards to see where I put my feet. Well, such a walk is perfect for getting back in walking shape. :-)

I was in luck, I saw many geese, a common kestrel, a few Grebe, other ducks and Highland cattle, but I was especially pleased to see a Great Egret. Unfortunately to far away for a good photo, but still, I saw it!
