Technique Challenge - Week 1 - Tilt/Shift

Don't this came out as successful as my earlier attempt - but rather than take the same shot again I tried for a different view. Think I should have been a little higher for this to work. Still, I think it shows off the effect somewhat. (The effect was done in photoshop.)
