Hello Sailor!

After the delirious delights of my blip birthday yesterday with all the encouraging comments, and an amazing day weatherwise, it is back to reality and another wet Sunday.

We had quite a succession of dishy young lady guisers and young boy guisers last night, all lured I suspect by street intelligence that the castle had a big box of sweets on offer. Even the appearance at the castle door of the chatelaine in her hideous witch's mask did not deter them. We listened to some corny jokes and some truly terrible singing before the sweets ran out and we raised the drawbridge. We did enjoy it all though.

This lovely lady in the blip stands in Peckhams window , clearly indicating that if you play your cards correctly you can not only have her but also the rum as advertised. Unfortunately not today though, as she is secure behind a plate glass window and the shop is closed until tomorrow.
Such a shame!
