Starting the clearout

A little thing, but important. I'm taking the ceramic jar which I use to hold my pens and stuff with me when I leave my current job. The green mug is quite jolly and serves the purpose just as well.

I'm at that very odd stage now where all the handover notes have been written, I'm waiting for some input from others before I can fully complete a particular project and I'm feeling a bit 'spare'.

Having said that, there are still the desk drawers to go through and chuck out all those things that 'may come in handy one day'. I've been here nearly four years and they haven't come in handy yet.

Tomorrow evening I'm going round for supper with a lovely friend and former colleague, Jo.
