I know who did it....

Yes, my little robin, you probably do.

I, however, am not too sure.

I came down this morning to find that the bird table had been knocked over. Peanuts and pieces of bread were all over the lawn. The niger seed feeder was rather broken and it was generally a mess.

When I went back into the house, after doing a few running repairs and straightening it all up, the little terror, Blue from next door, was lurking by the patio doors, gazing at Sparkie's breakfast.

But he's a bit small. And I've never seen him jump (he scrabbles up the fence to get home) and I doubt if he's heavy enough to push it over.

On the other hand, there is always Jaffa.......

PS. Lady Findhorn asks who is eating all this sourdough. Well, the first two loaves (if you can call them that) ended up in the bin. The next one I gave to my sister who liked it. The next one I ate part of and put part in the freezer. The latest one isn't too good. It's a bit soggy but I've learned from it. I've had a slice but it may be food for the birds.

If nobody wrecks the bird table again, that is...
