Littleneck long lunch

Found along the eastern shores of North America, littleneck clams have eluded us so far during our time in NY. That oversight was rectified today when my husband cooked up a batch of the little suckers for lunch … steamed clams with lemon, dill, garlic, olives, white wine and linguine.

…. oh, and since we had to open the white wine during cooking, it was a very pleasant afternoon as well!
