You Had Me At Hello...

I walked past a little display in M & S today that had this quote painted on glass in a frame. Seemed fitting somehow, given yesterday's blip, and totally true for this one too

I've felt blue the whole weekend, despite it being gloriously sunny both days. I couldn't eat, and slept fitfully last night. Love certainly hurts sometimes. I had to get up early (again) for dance at 10am, and lo and behold, another crap lesson. I was feeling fragile anyway, but this didn't help. I spent the rest of the day mooching about on the sofa, wallowing!

I'm seeing him on Thursday, so it's not all bad, but I don't think this is going anywhere other than a 'friends with benefits' kind of thing. What a shame when two people are so right for each other. I've decided I will look around and see what else is out there, but it will be hard to move on. I hope I won't have to. I've also made plans to catch up with a friend from school who was in a similar boat a while back. Really looking forward to seeing him, and hopefully he can give me some good advice.

In other news, poor B has had a very restless day, with the cone of shame continually on and off. He hates it, but he managed to remove his plaster and one of his sutures yesterday while our backs were turned, so needs must. We took the plaster off and he yelped, poor baby, but then seemed happy enough. He wanted to play this evening, so he must be feeling better.
