Come Fly with Me.

There are often people flying model aeroplanes on a Sunday morning and I have always admired them from a distance. Today I wandered over to speak to them and asked if I could have a photo.

Tony was very happy to show off his plane and be photographed. You can see there is a video camera mounted on top and Tony can get a pilot's eye view by wearing special goggles - I am certain he could get some great shots if he took up blipping! Interestingly the propellers are mounted above the wings so that they don't get damaged on landing. These planes are powered by an electric motor and in good conditions can fly for about 20 minutes. Would I like to have ago with one of these - you bet I would!
