Lunch box goodies

Made shortbread biscuits, rolled in brown sugar before being baked. Also made tiny raspberry buns for my daughters' school lunch boxes. Amazing what can be done with basics, one egg and homemade raspberry jam.
Need a coffee and a taste now.
