Thistle Seed Heads

What a difference a day makes, brilliant sunshine most of the day but since dark the wind is blowing again and it's turned colder. I had to work this morning (new payroll system so had to make sure there were no glitches before paying the staff on Monday, fingers crossed all is OK).
I finished at lunchtime so I stopped by the river on the way home and walked along a very muddy footpath where I saw some large clumps of snowdrops, they are so pretty, and also saw these thistle seed heads. I just had blip those to let you also see the brilliant blue sky we had, with just the tiny speck of white cloud.
