Weather for Ducks

The Forth and Clyde Canal looking toward Lock 27 and the gas storage containers at Kelvindale provided me with my blip on this horrible wet afternoon - for humans - but wonderful for ducks! The picture on the right depicts the same two ducks (probably both mallards) at the bottom right of the main picture, as I zoomed in just before they disappeared under the bridge at Netherton where I was standing. The very low light conditions account for the 3200 ISO setting. Even then the shutter speed was only 1/100 at f/4.9 for the close-up shot.
