A few years ago, my place of work issued company ties to all the men. As part of the 20th birthday celebrations, new ties have been issued and this time the women have all be given a scarf. I'm not sure about the navy & white polka dots, they're not really relevant to us as a business, not that it matters what I think about it as I've no plans to wear it anytime soon.
