Day 1234

The tape measure has been my friend this week. When I found that I'd put a pound on a fat club last night I was fuming. There was no reason for the gain as I'd been completely on plan. But my friend the tape measure thinks that my waist has shrunk since I last measured about 6 weeks ago. It doesn't say I have a 34" waist, but it's smaller than it was, so that'll do me, for now.
