Night shelter preparation.

Fairly sure this shot won't go down in history as one of my greatest.. I only took it because I hadn't Blipped in a few days (my comeback has been fairly short lived so far... I'll try better I swear!). But this is my flask that was filled up with coffee on Wednesday night because I was volunteering at the night shelter run by Glasgow City Mission. It's basically a place where people who haven't got anywhere else to go can come for a hot cup of tea and a place to sleep. It was a really difficult night - seeing first hand how difficult the lives the people were leading was absolutely heart breaking. But the work the GCM guys are doing is absolutely amazing, definitely not appreciated enough. So tonight, spare a thought for the people who don't have it as easy as we do.
