Friday night's alright for baking.

It's been a mental week for me, and the weekend's going to be pretty full on as well, so I thought tonight I'd take a nice break and do some baking while blasting out the tunes. I've made some raspberry bakewell tart (although Sainsbury's didn't have any fresh raspberries, so it's made with blackberries instead, but still with raspberry jam). Just had a muck around with the ingredients and utensils, and I thought the sieve worked really well as a foreground.
I'll maybe post a photo tomorrow or Sunday of the end result...if they haven't al disappeared by then!
