No Hum? Oh, Zippy!!

Maybe it's a morning thing. I hope!

I hadn't blipped the Zip in a while so I thought I might just go out and see if I could do double duty - wait for a sunrise and see if the little hummingbird showed up.

The sunrise never developed and I didn't noticed him - for a little while - because I didn't hear him. He wasn't humming! The Zip lost his zip.

I tried to get an "incoming," but without a Zip hum I couldn't anticipate him. So I felt fortunate to get him sipping at all this morning. Especially considering I was just leaning on the post with my leg shaking under me.

Here's hoping Zippy gets his zip back (so he'll stop sneaking up on me)!
