The grass is greener??

I've spent the last 2 days on training at a brand new building inhabited by Phonak (hearing technology manufacturer). I got a glimpse of what life is like to work in the corporate sector. Massive work spaces in open plan offices, brand new computers, "break out zones" with sofas and cushions, hand creams in the ladies' loos, large screens full of data about calls taken (target type things), controllable temperature management...

But would I give up my old windows 98 PC which takes 10 minutes to warm up, recycled ring binders with stickers over the old label, going through a 2 week procurement process to buy a pack of laminating pouches, resources cupboard on the way into the gents' loos 5 minutes' walk from my desk, swivel chair which has belonged to at least 6 previous owners...?
