To Start Again
I colored today. It was suggested by a 6-year-old. We started on one side of the paper, which was a coloring sheet. I was fully delighting. Then I remembered hearing that 'they' are saying to give children blank sheets of paper to 'really let their creativity develop'. I can be into that too.
And I am into that.
I have forgotten to do what I love. It's part of my recent funk. I have convinced myself that what I love to do isn't worth loving nor doing, and that I should love to do x, y, and z. Well guess what? I'm boycotting this should business and I am starting again.
I am going to start crafting, freely. I am going to start creating, with no rules. No comparison. It's time to start doing what I love. And without sounding too cheesy, loving what I do.
