The last of my Orchid

I was given this plant back in October and these are the last of the flowers. I'm still watering it in the hope I can cultivate more, but I'm very impressed I managed to keep it this long.

For those green fingered out there - If it stops flowering will it come back again, or should I give up and throw it out?
