UFO no more

What else is there to do when the weather is -30 with the wind-chill but to finish a UFO.... a lap quilt for my cheeky monkey.

It's my first ever quilting project (except for the hexagon thing I started over 11 years ago when I was in the nesting stage of my pregnancy and have still not finished) and a test run for the real challenge - a full size one!
