Stand by

A very dark wet day. Neither of us felt like going shopping so the freezer was raided. Hot vegetable and chicken red Thai curry, made by Normous last September came to the rescue.
It really has been a depressing day with the lights on all day. I started on a new needlework project which helped stave off boredom, but Normous was to be found alternately playing patience on the kitchen table or bridge on his iPad. I found it hard to raise my sights to a good blip.
Rain, rain go away!
